Job Title: Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm, Mon–Fri
 
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:00pm, Mon–Fri
 
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am, Sun–Thurs
Pay: $22.00–$23.50 per hour, depending on shift
Job Description
Join our team as a Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator! We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to support our production lines. Multiple shifts are available to fit your schedule. You’ll play a key role in our manufacturing process, helping to produce high-quality products in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, run, and tear down production lines
 
- Operate plastic extrusion machines efficiently and safely
 
- Place finished parts into boxes for shipping or further processing
 
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
 
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times
 
- Follow schematics, instructions, and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
 
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings 
 
- Basic understanding of schematics and technical drawings
 
- Good mathematical skills and ability to measure accurately
 
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
 
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
