Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary:
As an Extrusion Technician / Machine Operator: you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You’ll also assist with raw material management, documentation, packaging, and serve as a mentor to team members.

Conduct product inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, laser micrometers, and vision systems

Complete all required production documentation accurately and on time

Ensure quality and efficiency targets are consistently met

Handle raw material monitoring, mixing, blending, and usage tracking

Package finished goods and maintain a clean, organized work area

Perform full machine cleanouts and changeovers
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
Pay Range for this machine operator position: Starting at $19+/hour (based on experience)
This Machine Operator position is on the 2nd shift:

Monday–Friday, 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
