Job details
Our client is seeking an in-house industrial electrical technician to assemble, wire, and test newly manufactured equipment for their clients to be shipped out. This is a day shift with OT as required Monday-Friday. Great company and company culture!!

$34-$40/HR
St. Louis!
Travel: 10% outside of area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years’ experience as an equipment electrical technician with the ability to wire, test, and configure new equipment assemblies for customer custom orders of industrial equipment.
- Must have 3-phase experience up to 480V (480/120/24V) and familiar with the National Electrical Code.
- Ability to identify electrical problems for new installs of new equipment, along with associated wiring and controls.
- PLC experience is a big plus
- Read and interpret electrical schematics; understand, test and troubleshoot motor and other types of controls; and be able to troubleshoot, replace and upgrade all types of electrical circuits.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- AS Degree or Journeyman or Apprentice certification required
- Three to five or more years of relevant, related experience
- Previous apprenticeship or formal training as electrician desired
