Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team as Light Assembly Workers 1st and 2nd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, supportive, and innovative environment, helping craft products that improve lives!
What You’ll Do
- Assemble products with care and precision, using various tools and equipment
- Follow clear instructions and documentation to guarantee top-quality results
- Perform quality checks, identify defects, and make improvements
- Keep workstations neat and comply with safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive workplace
- Operate simple and complex equipment (training provided!)
- Support training and help newer team members
- Communicate issues, suggest improvements, and be part of our continuous growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training a plus)
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience; medical device background preferred
- Comfortable working on multiple tasks daily, weekly, and monthly
- Reliable, punctual, and driven to succeed
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Basic mechanical ability and experience using various assembly tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with computer software and inputting production data
- Ability to monitor quality and perform work under a microscope
- Physical capability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, precision work)
