As a Service Availability Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues across the organization by delivering exceptional technical assistance and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a frontline support team responsible for responding to inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating problems to specialized groups when needed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Responding to inbound colleague calls and emails

  • Documenting issues thoroughly and accurately in ticketing systems

  • Providing first-level troubleshooting and analysis

  • Escalating outages or high-impact issues promptly

  • Following up with support groups and end users

  • Identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Building proficiency across multiple tools, systems, and applications

What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills

  • Strong computing, navigation, and troubleshooting skills

  • Exceptional customer service abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM

  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware and components

  • Technical support background or related education

Nice to Have

  • Experience using ticketing systems

  • Technical degree or IT certification
