Kelly Services is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a client in St. Louis, MO. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, manages a team, and ensures accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who is organized, safety-minded, and experienced in warehouse systems.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise warehouse team members; provide training and scheduling.

Oversee daily operations including picking, packing, staging, and workflow management.

Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and reporting.

Handle all shipping and receiving processes—packing, labeling, bills of lading, freight documentation, etc.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification required or obtainable).

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA standards.

Use SAP, Oracle, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking materials and shipments.

Ensure accurate data entry for receipts, shipments, and inventory movements.

Perform basic math to verify counts, measurements, and weights.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of warehouse lead or management experience.

Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving operations.

Forklift experience (certified preferred).

Proficient with SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
