Automotive Chat/Support Agent
Long Term Contract with Benefits | Onsite (Smyrna, TN) | $25/hr | 7am–4pm CST
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dealership experience (Service Advisor, BDC, Parts/Service roles) highly preferred; car enthusiasts with excellent customer service skills also considered.
- Interest in technology/IT is a plus.
Role Overview:
Provide live chat assistance and general support to dealership staff, focusing on vehicle service and the LenZ platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle chat support for dealer service, parts, and warranty questions
- Assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, and guiding users on the LenZ platform
- Document and manage support cases in the system
- Research and resolve technical issues using available resources
- Prepare simple reports and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ professional experience (automotive dealership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills; 40 wpm typing
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools
- High school diploma required; AA or relevant coursework a plus
