Join a small, collaborative U.S. team within a global manufacturing organization and play a key role in daily accounting operations. This position is ideal for someone who prioritizes accuracy, enjoys maintaining well-organized financial records, and values working onsite in a steady, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Primary Accounting Responsibilities
- Process and record basic general ledger entries and assist with daily bookkeeping.
- Organize, verify, and archive sales and purchase invoices.
- Reconcile shipping documents with corresponding invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor customer and vendor payment deadlines and help track outstanding balances.
- Support bank transaction reviews, payment preparation, and vendor payment processing.
- Assist with periodic tax activities, including VAT, filings, and financial documentation.
Secondary Administrative Support
- Maintain well-organized financial and administrative files (digital and paper).
- Handle inbound/outbound correspondence, including email, mail, and PEC as needed.
- Assist with meeting scheduling and general office coordination.
- Prepare simple reports and internal documents.

What You Bring
- Previous experience in an accounting assistant or bookkeeping support role.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and document-management skills.
- Clear communication abilities and a dependable, team-oriented work style.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a structured environment.
