Kelly Services is seeking Cabinet Builders for a Busy Cabinet Manufacturer in Rockledge, FL 32955
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 5:00am – 1:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
- Note: Overtime is expected daily (10-hour workdays), and Saturday shifts may be required as needed.
Pay Rate:
- $15.50/hour
- Pay increase after permanent hire

Job Summary
As a Cabinet Builder, you’ll prepare, position, and assemble cabinetry parts to fulfill product order specifications. This role requires top-notch attention to detail, personal accountability, and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the organization’s CARE values.
- Commit to producing high-quality products for our customers.
- Assemble base and wall cabinets per production standards and specifications.
- Use pre-kitted carts to build cabinet boxes efficiently.
- Attach parts and subassemblies using glue, dowels, nails, screws, and/or clamps.
- Maintain precision and craftsmanship throughout assembly.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in woodworking or carpentry (preferred).
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment.
- Ability to add and subtract measurements.
- Proficient in using tape measures, straight rules, and levels.
- Ability to identify and use appropriate tools for tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Constant physical effort required, indoors and outdoors (air-conditioned/non-air-conditioned).
- Must be able to lift/move over 50 lbs at a time.
- Stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods.
Safety
Adherence to all safety rules is required; PPE such as safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes must be worn at all times on the production floor. Additional PPE may be required depending on specific roles.
