Job details
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Order Process Operator to join our warehouse team in Sanford, NC. In this role, you’ll contribute to the selection, preparation, and processing of items for shipment, supporting multiple departments as needed.
Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri with potential OT
Pay: $13/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in selecting and preparing items for shipment.
- Palletize goods and handle orders (broken cases, full case, bulk, dock, or returns) using standardized processes.
- Pick and pack orders with an RF device while maintaining efficiency to meet established KPI goals.
- Perform return goods operational activities.
- Maintain excellent safety performance and strictly follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Work in multiple departments based on operational needs.
- Lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse technology.
- Commitment to safe work practices and procedures.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 35 pounds.
