Administrative Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in SAP ERP system (creating purchase orders, confirming receipt of materials, generating reports)
- Experience interacting with contractors to verify purchase orders, confirm invoice submissions for completed work, and resolve payment inquiries
- Skilled in ordering parts and equipment for various projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with MS Teams is a plus
- Experience or familiarity with parts inventory systems is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative duties supporting management and/or staff within a business or functional unit
- Calendar management, document preparation, and correspondence
- Manage calibration program for site gauges
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Resolve routine and non-routine inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, programs, and product lines
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
