Position: Swiss CNC Programmer
Location: Yorba Linda, CA
Type: Contract to Hire
Hourly Rate: $35-$45/hr. based on experience

Kelly Engineering is looking for an experienced Swiss CNC Programmer. If you love precision, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to impact complex part manufacturing, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and optimize programs for Swiss Style CNC Lathes
- Setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment
- Create programs from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
- Perform equipment maintenance and ensure tight tolerances in production
- Inspect finished parts and ensure all quality standards are met
- Document programs, tooling setups, and procedures
- Train and mentor junior programmers and operators
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (technical/trade school or associate’s in manufacturing preferred)
- 3–5 years of Swiss CNC programming experience
- Skilled in CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine operation
- Experience with M- and G-code, CAD/CAM CNC software (Partmaker, TB Deco, SilviExpert a plus)
- Experience in high-volume, high-precision environments (medical device experience preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
