Entry-Level Production Assembler
Location: Bolton, CT
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Join our Bolton, CT manufacturing team as an Entry-Level Production Assembler and help build high-quality electro-mechanical components. No advanced experience required—just strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble small parts and operate winding machines
- Follow step-by-step instructions on an iPad
- Inspect your own work to ensure quality
- Meet daily production goals
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Good mechanical aptitude and hand/eye coordination
- Basic math and ability to follow written instructions
- Team player who can also work independently
- Manufacturing experience a plus, not required
- Must be 18+ and a U.S. Citizen (ITAR requirement)
