Field Service Engineer – Industrial Equipment (Western U.S.)
Are you enthusiastic about hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and helping customers succeed? Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, where you’ll install, troubleshoot, and repair state-of-the-art CNC fabricating machine tools for major manufacturing clients throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This is a unique opportunity for those ready to travel, grow professionally, and work with cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel nationally to customer sites—primarily in the western US—to install, service, and repair high-performance industrial equipment and CNC machine tools.
- Deliver exceptional technical service to ensure maximum machine performance and customer productivity.
- Document technical conditions and customer machine information, providing improvement suggestions where necessary.
- Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures to help them achieve peak efficiency.
- Serve as a knowledgeable service ambassador, representing our brand and building lasting customer relationships during installations and repairs.
