Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Assistant for our Niagara Falls NY customer. Will support the logistics department for a 6-month assignment. $22/HR Pay Rate, 1st Shift, and Mon – Fri schedule. We’re ready to interview immediately!

Location: Niagara Falls, NY
Pay: $22/HR
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
Work Status: 6-Month Contract, may extend depending on business needs
Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team
- Administrative duties to process orders, product tracking, and preparing documents
- Enter and manage service tickets using a web-based ticketing system
- Process logistics documents, invoices, and transfer paperwork
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and general office tasks
Job requirements and preferred skills:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Excellent computer knowledge and MS Office Suite proficiency
- Experience using web browsers and online ticketing platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- SAP experience is preferred, Logistics experience is a plus
