Pay Rate: Up to $26/hr
Schedule: Standard business hours, onsite

Role Overview:
Seeking a driven Parts Associate with a positive attitude to support daily operations in Eau Claire, WI. You will manage inventory, shipping/receiving, warranty processing, and provide excellent customer service to technicians and business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in sourcing, locating, and ordering parts
- Perform inventory management, daily stock, shipping/receiving, core returns
- Identify parts from diagrams and process warranties
- Handle customer transactions and maintain a clean parts area
- Mentor and assist junior staff; collaborate with team improvement projects
- Upsell related products/services when appropriate
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong automotive/diesel terminology and experience
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook)
- Forklift experience a plus; shipping/receiving skills preferred
- Attention to detail, effective communication, strong customer focus
