Position: Inventory Control Lead
Location: San Jose
Hours: M–F 5am – 2pm.
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr.
Length: 6-month contract
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Inventory Cycle Counts as requested
- Ability to Download and read basic inventory or Stock Status reports
- Daily reporting on Inventory Discrepancies found via email
- Audits the 3rd party WH team, Cycle Count data for accuracy
- Audits the 3rd party WH team, Physical Count sheets for Accuracy
- Will need to quickly Cycle Count Urgent material as requested
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of Inventory Control Experience required
- Experience with Cycle Counting WIP Inventory is preferred
- Familiar with the Standard WH Cycle Count process
- Microsoft Excel mid-level expertise required
- Detailed oriented and attention to accuracy
- Ability to Count accurately without mistakes
- Ability to work independently. The job will be unsupervised at times
- Ability to collaborate with onsite warehouse team for support
- Our partner will have resources allocated to support material handling for the cycle counts
- Lifting Medium/Heavy boxes is not a regular task. But occasional lifting is required. Up to 25 lbs
- Physical activities at times will be required: walking, working stand-up and bending to scan barcodes using a barcode scanner
