Are you a hardworking, communicative, self-starting leader? We have the right position for you! Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing technology center, is looking for Data Center Team Leads and Supervisors in Sterling, VA!
These are direct hire positions, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client, offered their benefit, vacation and compensation package upon hire!
*All leadership experience is great for this role!* Teachers, Healthcare, Customer Service, Call Center, Warehouse, Production – we need detail oriented, dedicated, strong people managers**

Details:
Shift Options:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Thursday – Sunday: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
Compensation:
- Leads: $24.50 for day shift, $26.50 for night shift
- Supervisors: $70,000 – $95,000 annually
- Overtime occasionally mandatory.
Job Description:
- Supervise and guide employees, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor operational metrics and proactively address issues related to equipment, facility or performance.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and decommissioning of hardware and infrastructure.
- Manage shift schedules, workforce allocation, and task distribution to meet requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports to management on team performance, incidents, and project status.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting of critical outages or events.
Requirements:
- GED/HSED required
- Ability to lead teams; hold people accountable with a high level of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
