Job details
Primarily responsible for Shipping QC which involves verification of packaged materials, sub-assemblies, finished products inspected to Quality procedure and Quality Standards. This may include verification of conformance to established standards and specifications. Reviewing picked items and verifying their accuracy to released orders.
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm-11:00pm
Location: Wilmington, MA
Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour
Job Description:

Perform visual inspection of shipping material & products according to established procedures. Parts for review will be verified against the sales order and Agile requirements.

Document inspection results using electronic storage system.

Maintain electronic quality documentation files such as, inspection records, within an electronic database.

Read and interpret documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), PDAs and ECOs.

Items to be verified include but are not limited to the following:

Serial Numbers of Devices

Parts and accessories included in the shipments
-
Date Codes
-
Batteries
-
Lot Numbers
-

Interface with other functions and departments as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Good written and oral communication skills
-
Ability to read procedures
-
Good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to read specifications, procedures and engineering drawings.

Familiar with use of mechanical and electronic test equipment.

Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Oracle and MES.
Physical Demands
