Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Shipping/Receiving Workers and Packing Clerks to support daily warehouse operations. This role includes picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while following all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
-
Pick and pack orders using handheld scan guns
-
Prepare products for shipment and assist with loading trucks
-
Pack products with quality and accuracy
-
Perform basic data entry and error-free transactions
-
Assist with inventory, restocking, transfers, and cycle counts
-
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead
Qualifications
-
Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
-
Ability to lift 40+ lbs (assistance available when needed)
-
Ability to stand for 8+ hours
-
Basic math and computer skills
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Preferred Skills
-
Forklift experience (stand-up / Raymond trucks a plus)
-
Experience with WMS systems
-
Knowledge of HazMat labeling or export orders
-
Continuous improvement mindset
