Join our dynamic team at Juncos, PR, where we are committed to excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Supply Chain to execute predefined inventory and production strategies and ensure that our supply meets predefined inventory targets.

Job Summary:
The Senior Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for planning work orders and executing strategies that align with our inventory and production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly and monthly capacity planning to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Support product launches and revisions, collaborating closely with various departments.

  • Represent the planning department in short-term improvement initiatives, as well as planning and product meetings within Operations.

  • Manage the planning of both standard and non-standard production orders to meet demand.

  • Oversee short-term capacity planning and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands.

  • Manage inventory of finished goods and intermediates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicate and manage critical items within the internal organization to mitigate risks.

  • Maintain Material and Production Master Data Management to uphold data integrity.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of directly related work experience; OR

  • Associate’s Degree with 2 years of directly related work experience; OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 months of directly related work experience; OR

  • Master’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience using SAP for supply chain management.
