Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30-$32 per hour based on experience

What’s a typical day as Talent Acquisition Coordinator? You’ll be:
– Supporting the delivery and execution of global enablement programs for Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Operations & Innovation team.
– Coordinating training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and adoption tracking to ensure smooth program implementation.
– Assisting in the development of playbooks, guides, and process walkthroughs while maintaining content to support standardized best practices.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Hold a bachelor’s degree and have experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Learning and Development.
– Possess strong organization and project coordination skills that enable you to manage program logistics effectively.
– Are an effective communicator and collaborator, skilled with digital tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
