Comprehensive 2–3 week training program before taking independent calls
What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative?
-
Answering inbound calls from eye care professionals regarding lens orders, order status, remakes, and general customer service inquiries
-
Making outbound calls to follow up with ECPs on pending jobs
-
Providing high-quality multi-channel support via phone, email, chat, and social media
-
Troubleshooting issues using department tools and resources to deliver win-win solutions
-
Escalating unresolved issues appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction
-
Maintaining professionalism and courteous communication at all times
-
Meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
-
Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues on first contact

Basic math skills and ability to produce professional written correspondence

Intermediate PC skills, working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet browsers

Strong English comprehension and command of grammar
-
Bonus / Preferred: Optical experience, optician or front desk experience, ABO certification (can pursue post-hire for pay increase), lab experience
