Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Medical Manufacturing Technician to work at a premier medical device manufacturer in New Brighton, MN for a 1 year contract. Pay Rate: $23.28/hr
Hours: 2nd shift – 2pm – 10:30 pm

What’s a typical day as Medical Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
- Assembling products using specialized equipment, fixtures, and work instructions to produce and test medical devices
- Working with the Manufacturing Lead and Specialist to meet daily customer demand and production schedules
- Participating in basic problem-solving activities and continuous improvement efforts
- Reporting quality, process, equipment, or material concerns to the Manufacturing Lead or Production Supervisor
- Completing required documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and sustaining 5S activities
- Following company policies and procedures as part of the Quality System
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or some relevant work experience
- Can read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Are able to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds)
- Are comfortable working in environments with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes, and adhering to controlled environment standards
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Experience working with microscopes
- Strong problem-solving abilities
