We are looking for skilled and talented contract Administrative Assistant. The Flight Operations Admin is responsible for administrative and clerical support to the Chief Flight Instructor by performing duties intended to help organize and
MUST HAVE FLIGHTLOGGER EXPERIENCE
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, Onsite, $24/hr.
This is a temporary position until April or so
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.
- Adhere to required work schedule including prompt and regular attendance
- Assist the chief with day-to-day operations.
- Assist with instructors and student oversight.
- Create and manage time off request, ensuring that coverage is available for all shifts.
- Create charts and spreadsheets to track all department needs.
- Exhibit and practice professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Maintain our clients commitment to customer satisfaction while performing job duties.
- Organize and distribute reports
- Perform general clerical support such as correspondence and data entry.
- Responsible for personnel roster and updating employee records.
- Scan and upload all paperwork.
- Additional related duties as required.
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Qualities:
- High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have FlightLogger and Aeroplanned experience
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to interact professionally with various levels of management.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.
Certificates, Licenses or Registrations
