Branch Office Support Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Kelly Services is hiring an Administrative Branch Office Support Specialist to assist with patient documentation, scheduling, and daily office operations in a healthcare environment. Ideal for candidates with administrative, clerical, office support, medical office, receptionist, or customer service experience.
Responsibilities:

Provide front desk reception and administrative support

Assist with patient intakes, documentation, and scheduling
-
Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and faxing
-
Answer phones and support general office inquiries
-
Confirm delivery appointments and process patient paperwork
-
Support PAP class setup and provide basic patient instructions
-
Handle billing information, payments, and daily receivables
-
Assist with equipment prep, returns, and warehouse tasks
-
Make customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals

Order office supplies and support branch operations
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years of experience in administrative, office, receptionist, or clerical roles. Medical exp a plus

Strong customer service skills
-
Accurate data entry and computer proficiency
-
Comfortable supporting patients and working in a healthcare setting
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
