  • Salary – 75k-90k (Depending on experience) 

Position Summary

The industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, improving, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer specifications. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and provides technical expertise across departments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using knowledge of process, production , assembly methods, and quality standards.


  • Implement and control manufacturing methods using existing or new equipment to ensure repeatability and compliance with customer requirements.


  • Develop and apply analytical tools and systems to support process excellence and continuous improvement.


  • Monitor, audit, and evaluate process, equipment, and product performance; recommend improvements as needed.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to define product specifications and customer quality requirements.


  • Document manufacturing processes and train operators and other personnel.


  • Evaluate, justify, and implement new technologies, manufacturing methods, and equipment to improve efficiency and competitiveness.


  • Provide technical support to multiple departments within the organization
