Location: New Brighton, MN
Shift: 3rd Shift 10pm-6:00am Sunday to Friday
Pay Rate: $25.53 / /hr
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:
This role is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules. The Manufacturing Technician I ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to correctly produce/assemble/test medical devices.
- Observe, maintain, coordinate, and complete standard work.
- Follow all documented company policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality System.
- Complete documentation related to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or relevant work experience.
- Ability to read and follow documents (safety rules, operating procedures, work instructions).
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Preferred:
- GMP knowledge
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Microscope experience
- Analytical problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in areas with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and twist.
- Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Inspect small parts for extended periods.
- Close and color vision required.
- Conform to controlled environments for apparel and hygiene.
