Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding (Night Shift)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: 2-2-3 | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $30–$37/HR depending on experience
Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
-
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns

Assist with mold changes and equipment setup

Maintain facility systems (electrical, air, water)

Document work using a computerized maintenance system

Follow all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, electrical safety)
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of maintenance experience in plastics or injection molding OR formal maintenance training
-
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics preferred
-
Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs
