This position is strictly for experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators who are confident, safety-focused, and ready to perform in a high-volume environment.
REACH TRUCK FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Shift: 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 4:30pm – 3:00AM
Pay rate: $21.50hr
Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369
What You’ll Do
- Operate sit-down, reach, clamp, and push-pull forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and store products in designated locations
- Pull, pick, and prepare products for shipment according to customer requirements
- Ensure correct quantities and product types are loaded and shipped
- Move materials between staging, storage areas, and trailers
- Perform order picking and checking duties as needed
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment
- Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory control
- Complete equipment inspection forms prior to operation
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or concerns promptly
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist with resolution
- Operate equipment following prescribed work methods and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year of recent reach truck forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10–12 hour shifts
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Willingness to obtain or maintain forklift certification
