Job duties
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with customer demands and priorities
- Communicate between Operations and Client Services in a multiclient warehouse environment
- Input all relevant shipping and receiving data into SAP and other record systems
- Identify shipment discrepancies such as shortages and overages
- Prepare and complete daily operations reports
- Ensure fast, efficient, and accurate administrative support for warehouse operations
- Communicate clearly with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership teams
- Comply with all workplace processes and standards, supporting ISO-9001 Quality certification
- Support and adhere to information security and company policy requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially with SAP and warehouse management systems
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) in English
- Strong problem-solving ability and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and management direction
- Experience in a multiclient warehouse environment preferred
- Able to stand/walk for 6+ hours and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
Pay
18/hr.
