Location: Enfield, CT
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Assignment Length: Through the end of the year, with possible extension into January
About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and patient Assembly Workers to support the preparation of Lego product sets. This role involves careful gluing and assembly work that requires focus, consistency, and the ability to follow instructions with accuracy.
Physical demands are minimal; however, some individuals may experience mild hand or back strain due to repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and glue product sets according to established standards
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet quality expectations and daily productivity goals
- Participate in training and evaluation on the first day
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of patience; comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time
- Able to perform light physical tasks (difficulty level approx. 3/5)
- Willing to receive feedback and meet performance expectations
Additional Information
- All candidates will undergo a training and evaluation period on Day 1
- Individuals who meet performance expectations will continue in the assignment through the end of the year
- Potential extension into January for strong performers
