Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality phone and administrative support to sales teams and healthcare professionals. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries, billing, and inventory data accurately within an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales teams and healthcare professionals

  • Engage and respond to customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional manner to foster positive business relationships

  • Support the Sales Department by responding to questions received via phone, email, and fax, including researching inquiries in collaboration with Sales

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken

  • Determine charges for requested services, coordinate with Corporate Accounts Receivable on collections, and arrange billing as needed

  • Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

  • Maintain customer pricing within the ERP system, including entering and managing contracts

  • Implement and follow procedures to ensure accurate inventory records through proper billing and replenishment processes

  • Monitor and manage inventory shelf life and expiration records

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or sales-support environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively across departments
