Purchasing / Supply Chain Coordinator
Kelly Services
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: 6–9 months (contract)
Job Summary:
Kelly Services is seeking a Purchasing / Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing operations by ensuring the timely flow of product through the supply chain. This role focuses on monitoring and expediting purchase orders and working closely with suppliers to resolve late deliveries. The position reports to the Purchasing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor open purchase orders for assigned suppliers

Follow up on and expedite late purchase orders

Communicate with suppliers to resolve delays

Update expected receipt dates as needed

Support overall supply chain and purchasing operations
Work Environment & Requirements:

Office/indoor work environment

Light physical work (up to 20 lbs occasionally)
