Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead
Location: Graniteville, SC
Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (8-hour shift)
Additional Hours: Some Saturdays and overtime as business needs require

The warehouse plays a critical role in ensuring products are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time to support customer operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking one experienced warehouse professional who will be hired as either a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Lead, depending on experience. This role is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient material handling, supporting inventory accuracy, and meeting customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement

Assign warning assignments and guide warehouse team members to meet productivity and service goals

Supervise inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
-
Operate and oversee safe use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts
-
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
-
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, ISO standards, DOT regulations, and hazardous material guidelines
-
Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and loss prevention efforts
-
Determine truck routing and verify proper loading to meet legal and safety requirements
-
Support training, coaching, and performance development of warehouse staff (Supervisor level may recommend personnel actions)
Qualifications
Required:
-
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting up to 70 lbs
-
Experience working in a warehouse environment with temperature changes and physical demands
-
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures
-
Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or inventory systems
Preferred (Supervisor-level candidates):
-
2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
-
Knowledge of logistics processes and inventory management
-
Experience with warehouse management systems (SAP preferred)
-
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-
High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred
Preferred (Lead-level candidates):
-
Prior warehouse experience with exposure to shipping, receiving, or logistics operations

Leadership ability to guide team members under close supervision

High school diploma or GED preferred
Work Environment

Warehouse setting with exposure to dust, heat, cold, and seasonal conditions

Regular standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and equipment operation
