Office Coordinator (Contract | January–April)
Kelly Services is hiring an organized and dependable Office Coordinator to support a small, professional financial services office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a quiet, well-run office environment.
Location: Woodland Hills CA 91367 100% onsite
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $25-28p/h DOE
What you’ll do:

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and time-sensitive items (including checks)

Answer and route phone calls from advisors and clients

Manage email and Microsoft Teams communications

Coordinate office access, front-door screening, and conference room scheduling

Support advisor onboarding by tracking access, tech setup, and ID cards
-
Partner with local managers to provide day-to-day administrative support

Order and maintain office supplies to keep the office fully stocked

Act as liaison with building/property management for office needs
