Assistant Shift Supervisor

Pay: $24–$29/hour Based On Experience

Direct Hire 

Kelly Services is seeking an Assistant Shift Supervisor to support daily production, mold setups, and quality control. Our client, the largest manufacturer of vinyl fence, deck, and railing accessories

Experience Required:

  • Set up molds and auxiliary equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Oversee team members, train new operators, and enforce production procedures.

  • Monitor quality with inspectors and ensure all parts meet standards.

  • Manage supplies, materials, and regrind use efficiently.

  • Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety issues.

  • Complete production tracking, scrap entries, and downtime reporting.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of injection molding experience.
