Administrative Assistant
Monday–Friday 8am–5pm
Pay: $22/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mail, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to client emails
- Perform data entry and run reports in our enrollment database
- Review applications for accuracy and maintain confidential information
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, letters, forms, and faxes
- Keep computer and manual filing systems organized
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient user of MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
