Location: Augusta, GA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $14.15/hour
Shift: 2ND SHIFT (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; weekends and overtime required)


Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced food warehouse? Kelly Services is looking for dedicated individuals to fill rewarding roles as Light Assembly Workers – Warehouse Packers. You will play a vital part in the packaging process, ensuring both the quality and integrity of our food products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently pack food products, confirming accurate package seals and code dates.

  • Load pouches into caddies in a systematic and organized fashion.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your work area.

  • Safely and effectively utilize hydraulic pallet jacks.

  • Collaborate closely with leads, managers, and maintenance staff to support smooth daily operations.

  • Strictly adhere to required personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.

  • Clean equipment completely at the end of production runs and during scheduled clean-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Able to stand for 3–4-hour intervals and perform repetitive motions.

  • Able to reach above, at, and below shoulder level as needed.

  • Comfortable working around machinery and in environments with loud noise.

  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and problem-solving.

  • Commitment to product quality and integrity.
