Global Regulatory Specialist
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group Kelly OCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Global Regulatory Specialist for a long-term engagement at one of our premier agricultural science clients in Philadelphia, PA.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift (8AM-5PM)
Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Philadelphia, PA & 2 days remote
Compensation: $22.50/hr
SUMMARY
The Global Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for coordinating regulatory documentation to support Management of Change projects. Situated in Global Regulatory Affairs, the specialist will prepare, review and finalize all regulatory documents for defined projects, varying in scope. The specialist will operate in a cross-functional role interfacing between registration teams and other stakeholders through collaboration and strong communication skills. The position requires commitment to data harmonization, transparency and consistency across multiple systems. This position offers the opportunity for a regulatory affairs professional to further develop a career in the regulation of crop protection chemicals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Principal duties?and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working within a highly integrated database, adherence to processes, workflows and documentation guidelines.
- Draft and ensure high quality technical regulatory documents
- Create electronic document versions (Word, PDF, etc.)
- Import/export documents into Veeva Regulatory One following document management rules
- Define metadata (properties) for each document and align according to database standards
- Preform advanced searches in Veeva RegulatoryOne
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum BS degree, preferably in a regulatory science or related discipline (chemistry, toxicology, eco-toxicology, biochemistry or environmental science)
- Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and processes.
- 0-2 years of experience managing technical documents.
- Strong computer and MS office skills, particularly Word (styles and format) and PDF.
- Organized, detail oriented, work independently, can-do approach.
- Comfortable working with people from different countries and cultures.
- Team player, networking and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Able to follow established business rules, processes, and structure.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage small projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
