Put your career in motion with a great, new opportunity. Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Utility Worker III supporting operations for a large-scale paper and packaging manufacturing facility in a heavy industrial mill environment.


? Why you should apply to be a Utility Worker III:

? Location: Paper Mill Road, Delaware Water Gap, PA 18327
? Pay Rate: $24/hour
? Shift: Must be flexible to work all shifts (weekly schedule posted every Thursday)

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM


  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM


  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    ? Employment Type: 6-month contract
    ? Work Setup: Onsite, labor-intensive heavy industrial environment


?? What’s a typical day as a Utility Worker III? You will:

  • Perform general manual labor throughout the mill, including sweeping, shoveling, picking up paper, and cleaning with hand tools.


  • Handle and work with chemicals as required by the operation.


  • Operate a core-cutting machine to cut cores.


  • Operate a forklift (approximately 10% of the role) to move loose paper, empty dump hoppers, transport paper rolls, and move pallets.


  • Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily job duties.


  • Read and use a tape measure accurately.


  • Work in hot, cold, dusty, and dirty industrial environments.


  • Perform additional general utility and labor tasks as assigned.


? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • Prior heavy industrial work experience.


  • Forklift experience (limited use, approximately 10% of the job).


  • A high school diploma or GED (required by mill location).


  • Ability to pass a drug test including THC.


  • Full availability and clearance to start immediately.

  • Steel toe shoes
