Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Assignment Length: 4-week project (potential for extension)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Associate to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production line equipment, performing quality checks, supporting cellar operations, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace. Key Responsibilities
Production & Machine Operation

Operate assigned production line equipment safely and efficiently to meet or exceed production goals

Perform machine changeovers accurately and in a timely manner

Interact with and navigate HMI (Human-Machine Interface) control systems

Operate designated machine centers based on daily operational needs

Support cellar operations, including tank sanitation, sampling, and blending

Perform tank washing, line cleaning, and equipment sanitation
Quality & Reporting

Complete routine production reporting and required documentation

Perform in-process and final quality control checks

Ensure products meet established quality, food safety, and compliance standards
Workplace Safety & Compliance

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
-
Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines

Demonstrate strong situational awareness with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity

Support sustainability initiatives related to conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling
Continuous Improvement & Teamwork

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
-
Support the creation, improvement, and sustainment of standard work, job aids, and checklists

Assist with training others on basic operational processes as needed

Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and cross-functional departments

Follow and support improvements to work policies and procedures

Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy

Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must comply with all safety and environmental requirements
