Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Associate to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production line equipment, performing quality checks, supporting cellar operations, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace. Key Responsibilities

Production & Machine Operation

• Operate assigned production line equipment safely and efficiently to meet or exceed production goals

  
  

• Perform machine changeovers accurately and in a timely manner

  
  

• Interact with and navigate HMI (Human-Machine Interface) control systems

  
  

• Operate designated machine centers based on daily operational needs

  
  

• Support cellar operations, including tank sanitation, sampling, and blending

  
  

• Perform tank washing, line cleaning, and equipment sanitation

Quality & Reporting

• Complete routine production reporting and required documentation

  
  

• Perform in-process and final quality control checks

  
  

• Ensure products meet established quality, food safety, and compliance standards

Workplace Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment

  
  

• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines

  
  

• Demonstrate strong situational awareness with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity

  
  

• Support sustainability initiatives related to conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling

Continuous Improvement & Teamwork

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

  
  

• Support the creation, improvement, and sustainment of standard work, job aids, and checklists

  
  

• Assist with training others on basic operational processes as needed

  
  

• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and cross-functional departments

  
  

• Follow and support improvements to work policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred

  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy

  
  

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

  
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  
  

• Must comply with all safety and environmental requirements
