Job Title: Packaging Department Associate – Temporary Project (Grand Rapids, bus route accessible)
Pay Rates and Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $15/hour

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $16/hour

Project Duration: Up to 3 weeks (temporary assignment)

  • Please note: This is not a long-term position. However, outstanding performance may lead to future/continued opportunities.

Job Description: Join our team to assist in packaging and assembling display components for Bath and Body Works. You will be responsible for using your hands and basic tools such as glue guns and curling irons to carefully shape, bend, and build attractive product displays.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package display components according to instructions

  • Use hand tools and glue guns to shape displays

  • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail

  • Sit/stand for extended periods 

  • Strong hand dexterity 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety guidelines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive hand movements over long periods

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen (5 panel; THC-friendly)

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
