Kelly® is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work at a manufacturing company in Medina, NY.
Pay Rate: $22.65 / hr.
Hours: 5:30 am – 4 pm Monday – Thursday
(OT on Fridays as needed)

What’s a typical day as an Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
- Assembling small medical device components accurately according to work instructions and diagrams.
- Inspecting finished goods for quality assurance and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Testing for quality as required
- Troubleshooting for problems when necessary
- Perform all adjustments, rework and repairs as necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
- Meeting daily production goals and timelines while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Consistently following safety protocols and company policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Possess high school diploma / GED
- Must have some experience in assembly and soldering
- Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Have excellent hand / eye coordination
- Have basic computer and scanning / data entry skills
- Are able to read and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
- Able to read / write in English
- Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.
- Show willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
