Job Title: Sales Representative – Restaurant Shift Manager
Location: Orange, TX
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: M-F 8am – 4pm CST

Our client, located in the heart of Orange, TX, is seeking a motivated Restaurant Shift Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key leader during assigned shifts, you will ensure smooth operations, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to meet company standards
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with cash management, including handling cash drawers and end-of-shift reconciliations
- Support management in implementing company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
