Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour + Exciting Bonuses

Shift:
12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 format
Day: 6:15am–6:45pm
Night: 6:15pm–6:45am

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator 2? You’ll be:

  • Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment

  • Setting up, calibrating, and optimizing machinery for top-quality production

  • Overseeing process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation

  • Accurately documenting production metrics, machine logs, and performing quality checks

  • Providing guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (additional certifications a plus)

  • Bring 2+ years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation

  • Possess a strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting

  • Thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team

  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Are familiar with SOPs, GMP, or related standards (preferred)
