Pay Rate: $23.00/hr + Exciting Bonuses

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 format
Options: 6:15am–6:45pm or 6:15pm–6:45am

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment

  • Set up, calibrate, and optimize machinery for top-quality production

  • Oversee process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation

  • Accurately document production metrics, machine logs, and perform quality checks

  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED (additional certifications a plus)

  • 2+ years in manufacturing with proven expertise in machine operation

  • Strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting

  • Able to thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or related standards (preferred)
