Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour + Exciting Bonuses
Shift:
12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 format
Day: 6:15am–6:45pm
Night: 6:15pm–6:45am

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator 2? You’ll be:
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Setting up, calibrating, and optimizing machinery for top-quality production
- Overseeing process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation
- Accurately documenting production metrics, machine logs, and performing quality checks
- Providing guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (additional certifications a plus)
- Bring 2+ years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation
- Possess a strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting
- Thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Are familiar with SOPs, GMP, or related standards (preferred)
