Job Title: Sr. HR Generalist
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Work Location: Fully Onsite
Location: Rosenberg, TX
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary + bonus potential


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support a manufacturing site in Rosenberg, TX. This is a fully onsite, hands-on HR role partnering closely with site leadership and the Senior HR Director to support employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for site leadership and employees


  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and employment law matters


  • Support workforce planning and long-term HR initiatives


  • Ensure consistent application and communication of company policies


  • Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, corrective action, and terminations


  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles


  • Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, accommodations)


  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities


  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (ADP preferred)


  • Support performance reviews, compensation programs, and HR reporting


  • Oversee workers’ compensation cases and safety-related documentation


  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and government reporting requirements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required


  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience


  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws


  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred


  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus


  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus


  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)


  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner across all levels
