Job Title: Sr. HR Generalist
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

Location: Rosenberg, TX
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary + bonus potential
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support a manufacturing site in Rosenberg, TX. This is a fully onsite, hands-on HR role partnering closely with site leadership and the Senior HR Director to support employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner for site leadership and employees

Advise on employee relations, performance management, and employment law matters

Support workforce planning and long-term HR initiatives

Ensure consistent application and communication of company policies

Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, corrective action, and terminations

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles

Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, accommodations)

Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities
-
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (ADP preferred)
-
Support performance reviews, compensation programs, and HR reporting
-
Oversee workers’ compensation cases and safety-related documentation

Support payroll, timekeeping, and government reporting requirements
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
-
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience

Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws
-
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred

PHR or SPHR certification a plus

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
-
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)

Strong communication skills and ability to partner across all levels
