Pay rate: $23.00 – $25.00/hour – Depend on Experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm
Term: Temp to hire
What’s a typical day as an Administrative / Marketing Coordinator? You’ll be:.
1. Financial & Office Administration (QuickBooks)
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable using QuickBooks.
- Process customer invoices, record payments, and reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure the workspace is professional and prepared.
2. Client Interaction & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage the master calendar and schedule service appointments or consultations.
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews/referrals.
3. Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create digital and print marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, brochures) using tools like Canva.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns to keep our client base informed of promotions.
- Update basic website content and monitor online reputation/reviews.
- Track the success of different lead sources to help optimize our marketing budget.
Qualifications & Skills:
- QuickBooks Proficiency: Minimum of [1-2] years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with a “client-first” mentality.
- Marketing Flair: Experience with social media management and basic graphic design (Canva experience preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in financial entries and marketing copy alike.
- Multitasking Pro: Capability to handle phone calls while managing administrative projects without losing focus.
