Kelly Services is excited to partner with a respected equine medical facility seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant with equine experience. This role will support the team during a maternity leave (approximately March–July), with training provided in advance. There is potential for this role to become temp-to-hire for the right person.
$18–$20/hour, based on experience
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (Some flexibility available, with potential for extra hours)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and answering phones with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling appointments and supporting daily office flow
- Organizing medical records and preparing admission charts
- Assisting with patient intake and discharge
- Processing payments and entering charges accurately
- Managing email communication and coordinating shipments
- Helping keep the office organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- A background or hands-on experience with horses (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A calm, positive attitude in a busy environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
