Kelly Services is excited to partner with a respected equine medical facility seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant with equine experience. This role will support the team during a maternity leave (approximately March–July), with training provided in advance. There is potential for this role to become temp-to-hire for the right person.

$18–$20/hour, based on experience
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (Some flexibility available, with potential for extra hours)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting clients and answering phones with professionalism and warmth

  • Scheduling appointments and supporting daily office flow

  • Organizing medical records and preparing admission charts

  • Assisting with patient intake and discharge

  • Processing payments and entering charges accurately

  • Managing email communication and coordinating shipments

  • Helping keep the office organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • A background or hands-on experience with horses (required)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • A calm, positive attitude in a busy environment

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
